OVERVIEW

Our courses are approximately 3 hours long and consist of the following:

American Heart Association (AHA) instruction video
Hands on instruction consisting of Chest compression, breathing techniques, use of AED and choking techniques for adults, children and infants.

All required materials including adult and infant manikins, face shields, masks, mask valves for breathing, trainer AEDs, an AHA instruction manual that reinforces the course for first time certification and AHA course completion certification cards.

American Heart Association First Aid, CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and AED (automated external defibrillator) training and certification meets the needs of workplace responders, professional rescuers school staffs, professional responders and healthcare providers, as well as the general public.

The classes can be held in the comfort of your home, office, or a neutral location.
